Stream app only shows purchases

My stream app only shows purchases. When I try to login to MyAccount app it says you no longer have service at this address. (I recently moved and have had TV and WiFi for a week)

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your login to only point to the new account/address. working?
