Stream app and new modem

I just recently changed over my modem to a new one. Everything seemed to update fine but now my Xfinity stream apps think I am "out of home". Is there something else that needs to be done?

use the xfinity my account app. go to the internet tab and touch the gateway modem. does the serial number there exactly match the HFC MAC address lable on your gateway/modem?

Yes, the serial# on the Xfinity site matches the HFC MAC on the new modem.

try a test (might be account related). go to xfinity.com sign in and go to account, then users. create a new user and use that user/password to sign in for the stream app. does that device's app now work?

I'll try that for phone app but my Roku tv doesn't use sign in, just code verification. The verification says "success" on the Xfinity site but the Roku tv says it only available for home internet.

New user account on phone app doesn't work either, still says "out of home".

I tried, yet another, modem restart through Xfinity account. Seems to be working fine now. Go figure.
