I just recently changed over my modem to a new one. Everything seemed to update fine but now my Xfinity stream apps think I am "out of home". Is there something else that needs to be done?
use the xfinity my account app. go to the internet tab and touch the gateway modem. does the serial number there exactly match the HFC MAC address lable on your gateway/modem?

try a test (might be account related). go to xfinity.com sign in and go to account, then users. create a new user and use that user/password to sign in for the stream app. does that device's app now work?
