I'm getting Error creatDRmSession.403-102 on a Roku with the Xfinity StreamApp. Since it thinks I'm not at home and using internet other than Comcast I highly suspect it's yet another issue where I'm getting subpar service because I have businesss intenet and residential TV and they don't mix well. Is that a known issue? Would my residential TV (i.e. my xfinity steam app) know that the correct Xfinity internet is actually my business account? I've read the other threads but I don't even think I have the intenet tab to configure my internet since that's a diffenent website to login. And even if I do have a the ability to mess with router settings shouldn't someone at Comcast be doing it for me since I'm paying a large premium for business service?
In order for Roku to recognize your in-home network for a Business Account, you will need to use the Comcast Business customers Sign in here link on the sign in page while connected to your business account WiFi. The Xfinity Stream app has support for both residential and Comcast Business, but the in-home logic is tied directly to the account you sign in with and the WiFi you are on. If you are signing in to the correct account (Residential vs. Business) on the WiFi of the gateway tied to that account, please DM me the Account ID of the account you are signing in with so we can investigate.
