Recently Comcast installed a new underground cable to my house because the neighbor cut up the old one and it had to be spliced. Ever since the splicing, even after the new cable was installed, my recordings through my roku app have no sound. The regular box dvr recordings are fine and the on demand on the roku app is fine. Only Mr roku app recordings don't have sound. Any idea why?
first check is to see if a smart device (phone/tablet) or PC playing the same cloud video (live or recordings) has sound or not. also if you go to the youtube app on the Roku do the files you play have audio?
