Roku app issues
I've been having multiple issues with the Xfinity Roku App
- It will get stuck on the "Initializing ..." screen. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. This hasnt happened again for the past 24hours so maybe it has solved itself
- After exiting and then restarting the app, it will forget my login and I will need to re-signin to the app. This has happened about 6 times today. About 50% of the times I try to star the app
- Sometimes, it seems to forget my package. I will try to watch a certain channel and it will ask me to subscribe. Sometimes, I'll see this if I try watching tv through my web browser too. Then later, all my channels will be there. This has happened three times today.
- After signing in again, it seems to forget my favorite channels. Some of my favorite channels will still be there, but most will be oforgotten and I'll have to set it up again.

Have you tried rebooting your modem or gateway? Sometimes, local maintenance can cause some changes and the Comcast servers have problems trying to link your modem to your video service. A reboot often tends to clear it up by refreshing the links.

I just rebooted the modem.
First time trying the roku stream app, it asked for signin again. At least it is showing all my channels, but it seems to have permentantly lots my favorite channels. I'll try setting them again for the 5th time.
Should the favorite channels list on the web sync to the app? It does not seem like that is the case
Also what is the difference between the channels in the 800's vs 1000's? I thought 1000+ meant HD, but I see many in the 800-900 that are also HD that match the 1000 channels. When I add 1000 channels as favorites, it seems to also add 800's. Then I have to manually go in and delete all the 800's.

The 1000+ channels are Comcast's national lineup. 1000-1099 and 1150-1199 are local and may vary. The rest should be the same everywhere.
