I have been Using Xfinity stream on my Roku ultra for sometime now, however, for the past few days I have been getting the error code in the subject line. I have restarted the Roku, signed out of the Xfinity app and Checked for updates. None have solved the issue. Can anyone help? Thank
are you seeing a normal menu on the roku? try logging out of the stream beta app, then uninstall the channel. then remove remove power and all connections (unplug the stick and power, unplug the express/ultimate 'box' from all connections). Now unplug the gateway from power. After 3-5 minutes, plug the router back in and when the lights show it is working and fully back on-line, plug the roku device back in, reinstall the channel. be certain to accept the terms and conditions.
