I noticed that someone is logging into my Xfinity Stream App and watching shows and movies. Can I log every device out of my app. I’ve called and waited on hold for over 40 mins and received no help. I’ve chatted with someone yesterday named Parveen who lied and said that she deprevisioned my account but it would take 60 minutes...that didn’t work either. Can anyone help me with this?

We do not see any additional users tied to your account. If you believe that someone has access to your account, the most important thing you can do is update your password immediately.
We have deprovisioned all of your devices - but note that it does take quite some time to take effect.

I reset my password when I first discovered the issue. I was just forced to log out of my app. Fingers crossed that this works and not allow the person back into the app.
