do you have X1 equipment in the home? if so, do the recordings show up on the X1 equipment?

I have the same issue with recorded programs available to watch for free on the DVR, but only available for purchase in the app. Also reflecting the same issue, on a series that has 20+ recorded, it shows 11 of the most recent in the app.. looking for a solution
