For a month or two now, the Stream app freezes on my mobile phone when it returns from commercials (while watching live programmes). I've tested it on multiple Android phones to make sure it wasn't a device issue. I've contacted Xfinity numerous times but the issue isn't fixed.
Supposedly they escalate the case (and I've gotten case numbers) but the supposedly next-level techs only leave voicemail messages saying to contact Xfinity if I am still having the problem. No notes about what the issue was or the steps taken to resolve it.
I've exchanged boxes, reset boxes, had signals refreshed, systems restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and had a tech come out and fix an outside wire.
The issue persists and I'm beyond extremely frustrated at this point. I don't see in the forums where anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
