Not seeing all of the TV channels

Last week, the app kicked me off. Before I logged back in, "uninstalled" the app from my Samsung tablet them immediately  reloaded the program back know on. Now, I am only able  to see 5 channels . Someone please advise.

try a test to see if it fixed access. sign off the app. go to xfinity.com web site and sign in. go to account then users. add a new user. use that new username/password to sign in to the streaming app. agree to the terms and conditions. working now?
