Not Getting All Channels xfinity streaming app

Suddenly I am not getting any news channels, Golf Channel and many other channels that are part of my xfinity account. What is the problem? I have reloaded the app and that did not work either.

Me too. I called Xfinity and they had me login/logout of the streaming app which obviously did nothing since this is a system problem that as of now is still not resolved and getting worse as more channels have disaapeared from my Live TV line up on my Phone App

You need to tell the tech rep to send a reinitialization signal to your modem. Had this issue. Bet many of the station you are not getting are channels you would not get if you were not at home but using the app on your phone thru your phone providers internet. Or you may not get any channels at all on say a roku.

They do something somewhere on the network that causes this. A update or some type of reset that corrupts the modem registration even though if checked it looks fine in terms of reg Mac address. But sending that signal does it. Its not a simple modem power cycle command.
