Channels are missing from xfinity stream app. Also recording .
test your account. go to xfinity.com web site and sign in. select account menu, then users and create a new username. use that new username/password to sign in to the stream TV app. working?
sounds like an interesting way to do a test. Has anyone tried this? so, sounds like a major database error.
I went around and around with customer support for almost FOUR MONTHS! and still it wasnt fixed. Then out the blue, having resigned myself <Edited>. the four channels i was missing suddenly showed back up! dont know how or why, but im just glad I got them back.
You woudl think that the customers should get compensation for this, loosing channels, or like the other day, being without Internet or tv for over 5 hours..... how come we dont get compensated?
