Please help me I’ve had this issue for 2 weeks now.
I have unplugged, restarted it myself no fix.
Called customer service twice and they also sent a signal and restart to my box no fix.
The next thing they have done is schedule an appointment to see what’s wrong... really don’t want to wait longer. Any help is very helpful. I have the app downloaded my in smart tv
on what device are you using the stream app? have you tried a smart phone/tablet and the stream app to see if the problem exists on the phone/tablet too?
