Issue with Roku

I have a comcast cable box and 2 roku devices at my home. All devices are working and streaming. I just bought another Roku, same model as the other 2. When I complete authorization on the stream app, it only shows my purchases. No option for live tv. Ive searched the forums and tried multiple fixes, nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
