Is Xfinity ever going to fix the streaming app after the July update?

If this topic is allready out there plz link .

Wow ,talking about destroying a streaming app. Once you guys did that July 2020 update good bye to the app working. I have left comments on Google Play store where the app is and emailed the address in the app.

Here is the quick.. First... I NEVER HAD ISSUES PRIOR TO THE JULY 2020 UPDATE...Truck driver  in the Chicago area my mobile dowlnad speed is between 25 and 150 mbps.  Im using Andorid on a Samsung 9 +. First it wouldnt open..3 dots just moves, then wouldnt show recordings, then wouldnt play.  They updated the app like 3 times and still no dice. Again ..I NEVER HAD ISSUES TILL JULY 2020 UPDATE....Im able to use HBO Max app, Youtube without any issues. Now if im at home and next to my wifi all works great. My connnection speed is 350 mbps at home. So if somebody knows whats up, it would be nice to hear. If you have a link where this is discussed plz link. I dont use roku or apple  or any other streaming device. Thanks

have you gone into settings and deleted the cache for the stream app, then removed the app, full power down of the phone (not just lock), and then restart phone and reinstall the app, sign in and be sure to accept the terms and conditions?

OO Yea. Done it all.  removed , installed cleared this and that, jumped up and down, rain dance etc. Look at all the negative comments on the app it self.   Like I mentioned, all the other streaming apps I use work without any issues.

hello @sweeper13, 6.3.0 is now available in staged rollout. You can visit Google Play Store, and go to Stream app page. Towards the bottom of the page, you can join in the beta group.
