I need help logging all devices off Xfinity Stream
I have called, chatted, and messaged, but no one from COMCAST can seem to help me. It is my understanding that COMCAST can 'deprovision all my devices' so that an unwanted user will no longer have access to Xfinity Stream via my log in credentials. When I contacted COMCAST they have not heard of the App Support team where previous posts have directed others. Please help. I have already changed the password to my account BTW. Thanks in advance ~cKm

Hi there @CKMaggie9407 , unfortunately our frontline may not be fully trained on how to deprovision the devices and I apologize for that, so I've gone ahead and deprovisioned all your devices for you, which will require them to sign back in. Please be sure to change your password and set up two-step verification to prevent anyone else from signing in with your credentials. You can always go to https://customer.xfinity.com/users and invite others in your household if they need unique sign-ins not tied to your credentials, and those sign-ins if selected as a "viewer" restricts them to Stream access only, and nothing account or billing related.
We're working on finding opportunities to make this customer-facing in the future, thanks for your patience on this.
