How to remove all devices from my Xfinity stream account?

I have reason to believe someone is using my xfinity account to access the xfinity stream app and I want them to stop it. I have changed my password twice and it's still happening.

first change your xfinity app password. then call 800-Cocmast and select tech support cable TV, ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to deprovision all of your stream devices.
