Error code, can't stream

I started receiving error code when trying to view saved (recorded) program on my computer.

Got nowhere with support.  Told me there is an outage in Northeast.  NO!

It is error code 11700.  I believe they are trying upgrade,

It us definitely a compatibility problem.  Where is new Xffinity connect to download??

Thank you for responding.   I do not use my cell phone for anything but emergencies.  I have never accessed xfinity connect on my cell phone.

 

I consider my cell phone separate entity.

Hi LadyM,

There were some inactive deviceIds on your account from web browsers, likely due to browser settings clearing cookies/resetting sessions after use.  I have cleared these out - and the 11700 error should no longer be occurring.  Please try signing in again and let us know if you run into any other issues.
