For the past 2 days I've been getting error 3305 on every channel on the Xfinity Stream app, despite being connected to the internet. I have already deleted and re-installed the app twice, and still gives the connection error 3305 on all channels, and states that if internet is otherwise working, which it is, to select another channel, where I get the same exact error. All other streaming apps work, except Xfinity Stream. What is going on Xfinity?
Same here. Have not been able to stream for 5 days and counting. Internet speedtest shows download speeds of about 300 mpbs. This started suddenly and has not worked since on any device in any browser.
3305 is no internet (usable) to reach comcast's server. need to not be on vpn and be on comcasts's DNS.
