DVR not working

I just join Xfinity and on my package says I have 20 hours of DVR. I started recording some shows, but none of them work and it always says: "Sorry! There's a problem with your DVR playback." And the start showing me the on demand version.
What can I do? I record the show because I don't want to watch on demand!! Any one has a solution for it?

since the instant TV service (no set top boxes in home) only has 2 cloud DVR tuners you have to be sure not to make the recordings start early or end later than schedule or the tuner won't be available to record other programs. Also, to view in progress recordings you must be using your home internet. for outside the home, the recordings must be complete (not currently recording) to watch the recording.
