Why did yall change the app.my DVR stuff isnt on it..yall took all the shows off smh..I hate this and am going to cancel...I had this for four years almost and pay over 200 bucs what happened

could you be more specific in what is the problem? is your home set top box DVR still ok? is it just a smart phone etc that is having the problem?
