Beta App Error 403-102

I've tried all the refreshes, restarts, and uninstall/reinstalls suggested on this forum, and I'm still getting the dreaded 403-102 code.

 

I have no problem streaming on an Ipad or phone, but the app will not work on Roku.

 

Can anyone recommend someone specific at Comcast to talk to about this?
