unable to access "my account" page on pc

Hello,

 

I cannot access the "my account" page on my computer.  I have no issues on my phone, but it's be nice to see a larger version.  When i click on "my acccount" it acts like it's loading, wants to download a "close.csv" file, and proceed to go to a login screen....which repeats these steps.

Hrm we think it’s one of two things:

A firewall or antivirus triggering this (try to clear cache or use another browser)

Something on our end, please private message me with your Xfinity ID and I’ll do some research
