I have had Xfinity for a month now, and everytime I try to pay my bill or look at it I get prompted with this "Thanks for your purchase, ***!" We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." When I try to call Comcast all I get is some robot who does not help me. Please can someone just fix my account so I can track my payments, and to make sure I am paying on time?

I've been having the exact same problem. I'm glad it's not just me! I've been unable to pay my bill, and it's been like this for at least three weeks now.
