"Thanks for your purchase! We're getting your account set up." Error

 

I am getting the following error. It will not allow me to go any further to manage my account. It has been like this since February. I have tried numerous times to call in but I can only get the automated system. It seems to have issues finding the account.  The weird part is that I am able to get email notifications for the account each time I sign in but thats it.

Hi there @Nokamos, I believe you may have a different Xfinity ID compared to what you're trying.

 

Could you please go to xfinity.com/id to do a lookup? 

I'll also PM you for some account PII that we can't post here.
