I am able to login in to Xfinity but I cannot do anything when I am there. I get a message that they are accessing my account. I need to update my bill pay as my bank account merged and I have to input my new account number. There is NO WAY that I can find to actually talk to a human to resolve this. Also, not sure what an email is going to help since I can't access my email due to this issue.
XFinity/Comcast if you receive this call me on my cell phone on record. Otherwise I'll never see and won't be able to pay you!
Depending on what pages I try to access I've also gotten the "Restricted" and "We are working on it" messages described in the chat below. But nothing is ever resolved. This has been happening for months now.
