how to close account of deceased person - all paid up

hi - I would like to close the account of deceased person. I was in charge of the persons finances and  everything is all paid up, but I'd like to close down the account completely, so there is no interet login or associated email address, etc.. This access doesn't need to exist anymore. 

 

I'm hoping that I can do this without talking/chatting to anybody.
