email and phone number attached to different account problem
I'm hoping I can get some help with this. I lived in one US state but moved to another. I closed my Xfinity account in the first state and then opened a new account in the second state. I am able to access my new account including pay the bill online, However, I cannot get my email or phone number to attach to the new account because they are still associated with the old, now closed account. I want to receive an email notification of when a billis due to avoid late online payments. I have only one phone number and one general email. I would like to have my phone number and email taken off the closed account so I can attach them to the new account. This must be possible.
