have been trying to set up autopay. Can access account but cannot see bill details. I get a message on this page https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing
that it is not working right now. It has not been for over a month.
Sorry to learn you have been having these issues for quite some time now. Have you tried a different browser and/or clearing cache and cookies? You can also set up the autopay via the MyAccount app under billing.
