Xfinity Connectivity to my Devices
All of my services (internet, TV, phone) are working properly with no issues; however, when I log in to my Xfinity account it indicates that they can't communicate with my devices. Since everything is working properly, why would this be the case?

First thing's first, are you signed into the correct account? Your Xfinity ID is your email, mobile phone number, or comcast.net username.
Start here http://xfinity.com/id and make sure you're signed into the correct account.

I'm an experienced computer user and log in to my xfinity account regular. I only have one account, so the answer is yes I have always been logged into the correct account when experiencing this issue.
