Xfi WiFi set up activation. We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate
I’m trying to set up my XFI WiFi and and when I go to activates it, it gives me “you signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.” Or when I log into my account and try and manage my account from online I get “We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." I kinda am at a standstill right now and don’t know what to do. I’ve been searching online and seen somewhere where it said I might have 2 accounts and they are not in synch with each Other and there might be a wrong address or number or one of them. Can anyone help

So you seem to have a mobile phone number that's your Xfinity ID, that's not tied to your current Xfinity ID that you're signed into the forums with (which may be associated with your gmail). Use your mobile phone number to sign in, then go to My Account --> Users, and invite a user and send that to your gmail, and you can pull the gmail off of your other identity and put it on your primary where you've got your mobile phone number.
For anyone else seeing this, please use the www.xfinity.com/id lookup functionality to confirm your correct Xfinity ID.
