I have two instances of activity on account, saying I requested service cancellation.
I did not do this. I do now want to cancel my service.
How can I cancel my cancellation request?

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
