Two usernames. Can't log in to see billing.

Two usernames. Can't log in to see billing.

 When I checked with and ensure you are signing in with the correct Xfinity ID associated with the correct service address, I was given a different username than the one I am using to log in the the forum and the one I try to login to billing with. I can successfully get to the forum, but if I try to see my account, it says

Thanks for your purchase, Amanda!

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.

I believe somehow I have ended up with two usernames. How do I fix this issue?
