I've seen articles on this as well but it hasn't helped me. I've recently bought a new phone with a new number but it seems that my new number is verified on someone else's xfinity account. All I see now is "This phone number is already associated with an Xfinity account". I just need help or a step to step process to get that number removed on that person's account. I couldn't find the support ticket section so I came here looking for answers, I have proof of my new number and my xfinity account as well.
