“This account is no longer active“

I just created my xfinity account last month but my account was somehow cancelled due to a “technical issue” and I’ve contacted several representatives via live chat who said they have fixed the problem, but then when I log back in my account is still not activated. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

I just pulled up your account and checked the My Account view, you should be able to sign in without an issue. Try signing out, signing back in, clearing your cache, trying a new browser.
