Signed up last week, still not able to access account
Hello, I signed up for Xfinity last week and had a tech come and install internet at my house this week, but I am not able to view my account when logging into the site.
I am getting this message:
"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
Can someone help me figure out why my account hasn't been set up yet?
