Says I am restricted from My Bill when I am Primary User?
When I attempt to log in to My Bill, the site says "As a secondary user, you cannot access restricted areas of My Account." However, I am the primary user of the account, and it even says so under my User Role. I would appreciate any help in fixing this so I can access My Bill.

Thanks for flagging @DLKGray , we verified and promoted your role to primary, there was something up with the database entry.
