NEVER tell me when to reset my password.  NEVER.  I don't work for you.

The password is more secure than 99.9% of all the others.

 

You're already on a razor's edge with many of us.

 

Spend more time worrying about keeping your service up.  We'll let you know if we need password help.

Hi there @SorleyBoyTX.

 

The only time we prompt for your password to be reset is if you've been compromised and one of your secondary identities was flagged as compromised. A strong password is critical, necessary, but not always sufficient.

If you have any further questions about your compromised account, you can contact our CSA team.
