Portal keeps telling me I'm a secondary user
I'm unable to do anything with my account such as change services, or even view my bill because the portal keeps telling me that I am a secondary user. I have called repeatedly and spoken with agents over chat to fix this and keep getting the same issue. Furthermore, I am receiving calls that I have surpassed by alloted bandwidth when I have already upgraded to the unlimited plan over chat, but for the reasons above I am not even able to confirm as such.
Maybe I shouldn't pay the bill either since apparently I am not the owner.

The primary user field shows entirely blank - as if there was a username there but nothing shows. Below it shows my account as secondary user.

Try the Xfinity ID lookup tool to find out what your primary ID is.
