I signed up for a new account about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to get my service installed at my house, but I have a confirmation number. I need to set up an installation date, but no one is answering phones in Customer Service.
I thought that signing into my account would give me different options, but no. Everytime I log in to my account, I get a message that the account is being set up. How can I solve this? I need my services installed so I can work from home and keep my job.
