My Account Log In Problems

For over a month, I have been unable to access my account information or profile. Everytime I attempt a log-in, I get an -- at this point, frustrating -- message telling me Xfinity is working on my account, check back later. Even worse, the phone app "xFi" straight ou tells me I'm unaurthorized. Yet Xfinity, in a timely manner, deducts monthly fees from my account. [Robo-Customer Service Rep] is no help whatsoever, and no human is available to speak with.  So what is the problem with Xfinity and it's online services?

That helps ensure we get to everyone in a timely manner. The situation with your account sounds frustrating, but you have come to the right place for help. What I can do is pull up your username on this end and manually tie it to your current account, which will fix the issue. To continue in the private message we have going, please provide me with the user ID you're attempting to use. We will go from there. Thank you!

I haven’t been able to log in to my account on my home computer for months now! The page times out before it can connect. This is while using my Xfinity WiFi service that I am paying for. But if I use the app with my Verizon data plan THEN I can log in. And I can’t find anyone to talk to...the auto help thing is useless.

I’m having the same issue and it is mad annoying...it’s been over a month already and I still can’t officially log in
