Issues going to "My Account" area keeps going to "log in" screen . Tried several times and keeps going back to the "log in" screen. If it is down why not say that. Worst web site I have ever used.
Same here. This issue has been taking place since 2019 and per one of the responses from the Comcast assosiates:
"...correction for this in most cases requires us to manually re-associate your username with your current account. Please send me a private message with your name and the username you use to log in and I will see what I can do for you. "

Welcome to the forums. I wouldn't correlate the issues from more than a year ago to your current situation. Symptoms may appear similar (e.g. if you're coughing it could be the seasonal flu, it could be something else).
Please start here and let me know which steps you've tried and specifically what you're seeing as the errors
After several tries over a couple of hours I was finally able to get in to the "my account" area. FYI there was no error indicated when I made the attempts it just put me back to a sign-in/ log-in screen and if you signed in again, you would be sent back to that same sign-in screen. I understand that systems have to be taken down from time to time but it sure would be nice to provide the customers with a message if that is the case.. Getting put into a loop to sign in is not helpful and it sure does not haelp the customer satisfaction..
