My primary accout is not me, it's no one I know and it's registered to an address I've never lived at. Everytime I try to switch my actual account to be the primary it gives me an error. I am stuck as a secondary account because of this other account. Does anyone know the solution? I've spoken to two customer service representatives already about this to no avail.
