I am having trouble logging into my account to do something as simple as viewing my bills and editing my payment options ...
The message I've been getting for the past few months is :
"Thanks for your purchase, Adrien!
We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
Impossible to get a normal human through customer service (all bots), so posting an attempt on the forum to have someone look into this.
I've had the same issue for over a month. Don't forget to pay your bill otherwise they'll come after you even though you can't view your account information. I've reached out to multiple Xfinity support members and there is still no resolution. I've also tried user-created workarounds which also have not helped me. Their system isn't properly configured whatsoever for online activation. It's sad.
I had the same problem (twice now). In my case the Login page wouldn't even come up. After enduring 45 minutes on the phone with their level 1 and level 2 "support", they ended up "re-provisioning" my modem, which I think was essentially rebooting it. After that the login page came up fine. But again, this is the second time it has happened to me, and although they assure me they fixed it "permanently" this time, we'll see happens the next time I log in to pay my bill.
You would think they would ensure access so that I can at least pay my bill.
