I moved but my account reflects my old address and that I have $0 to pay?

I recently moved, and throught the Xfinity wifi app I switched my address and service. When I log on to the app now however, it still says my old service address and that I owe $0. But when I call the cutomer service line, the robot voice says I owe $126 and says my correct new address. I have no way to log on and see what this bill is for because my account reflects my old address still. Does anyone know how to delete my old address from this account and how I can see my correct new account?

I have tried to talk to a real human (called 5 times) and each time the robot just says thanks for calling, goodbye, and hangs up on me....UGH.

Hi @Gingeriley ,

We have now enabled the ability for you to unlink accounts you do not want linked directly from the My Account website experience.

Go here for the new experience:

https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account#linked-accounts

If you need a guide on how to do so, here's the Help and Support article:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts

Hope this helps, feel free to reply if you need further assistance.
