Signed up last November. When I sign in with that email I get the following message : "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." The wierd thing is that it shows what appears to be an old comcast email address. <edit removed for personal information>
I can't get into my new account, and I need to change credit card for my current billing. Right now I can't get into anything. 😠
