I am not receiving signon alert emails, nor is there a security console under my account
According to this article:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-device-sign-in
I should receive email alert when there is a new log in, it should contain a link to something called security console and from there I should be able to see all signonsfor last 30days and connected apps.
I do not receive any emails nor is there any console in my xfinity .com account online. how do I get the emails? How do I access the security console?
I've spent 2 hours bouncing around customer support on the phone and being on hold. When this seems like a straightforward issue.

YES! Thank you!! Apparently that's not linked anywhere from the myaccount area for some reason!
Still not getting sign on email when someone logs in, but at least I can see *who* is logged in.

Yes my mobile and personal email has been verified. I did not set up the comcast email - last thing I need is another email.

@90qwe8ruaf we checked and you should be receiving security notifications to your primary email, it was set as the preferred and alert notifications are toggled on. Check your spam as per usual.
Security Console integration into My Account has been a pending request we've made to that team.
