How to unlink two comcast accounts?
Our old, inactive comcast account is linked with our new one. It is causing multiple issues. How can I unlink or delete the old comcast account for an old residence?

Appreciate you letting us know about your account issues on the forums! What type of issues is the old account causing your current account? I'd be happy to look into options to purge the previous account so it is no longer associated with your current one.

i have the same issue- i ordered new service after 4 years away from Comcast, and it has identified this account under my husband's name and won't let me attach my cell phone (used on another account but won't tell me which one). long wait to talk to a person (scheduled a call for 12:45 at 9 am) and the chat bot is useless.

Can you please help me with this as well? I accidentally linked my new account to my mom's account becuase my email address was on her account and I want to unlink so I can create my own login.

Did anyone find the answer on how to delete the old account and add the new one? I've been trying to pay my new bill for 2 weeks now and only the old one with .00 balance comes up. I even called and spoke with someone and gave him my new address and he said my balance is .00. Trust me! I've had it installed at this new address for over a month. I know it's not .00! So today I got the bill in the mail. My FIRST bill, and it has a month's past due amount on it and I'm at risk of service interruption! I am trying to pay my bill! Help!
