HELP! Primary user being told I'm secondary user, can't access billing, etc?
I've read several of the threads that deal with this issue but none of them seem to line up with what's going on with me.
My account had been doing fine, and then, suddenly this month, I’m not able to access the billing details. I’m told that I’m a secondary user.
When I check the Users section, it shows that I’m the Primary user. But one thing that’s missing is that I’m not able to add additional users.
When I go to check http://www.xfinity.com/id to see what users are tied to my account, and I enter my address, it shows a primary user but it’s BLANK, and then shows my name below as just a user. I’ve tried using my comcast.net email, my personal email and my mobile phone number and they’re all tied to this broken account. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
I had this problem the last time that I moved back in Nov 2018, but it’s been resolved since then until just recently. Can someone take a look and see what’s going on with me, or offer any suggestions?
