Why am I being forced to reset my password every few days to access my account an mobile apps?

Hi there @Msyoshika. This shouldn't be happening, if you're using an iPhone or an Android, I'd suggest clearing the browser cache in Safari/Chrome, and seeing if that fixes your sign in issues.
